Biography
Dan Traynor is involved in a broad litigation practice in Devils Lake, North Dakota. He graduated with distinction from the University of North Dakota School of Law in 1997. During law school Dan served as an extern for United States District Judge Patrick A. Conmy. After graduating from law school, he worked as a law clerk for Chief Justice Gerald W. VandeWalle of the North Dakota Supreme Court.
Dan has extensive experience in insurance defense, coverage questions, insurance bad faith, business and contract litigation, and personal injury litigation. Dan is also City Prosecutor for the City of Devils Lake.
Dan was the tenth member of his family admitted to the Bar in North Dakota. He is licensed to practice in the state courts of North Dakota and Minnesota, the Federal District Court of North Dakota, and Tribal Courts in the area.
Dan is a member of the Defense Research Institute, North Dakota Defense Lawyers Association, the American Bar Association and is an Elected Member of the American Law Institute.
